HelloYes Office Terms

These terms cover HelloYes Office at helloyes.app/LiveKit: the free Crew, the paid Starter and Pro plans (each a “Plan”) and the Installed setup session (“Installed”). The seller is CDC Eagle Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Eagle One Marketing (“Eagle One,” “we,” “us”). When you add the free Crew from our links, or start any paid Plan, you agree to these terms.

What you’re buying

Digital templates (do it yourself)

One setup service (optional). Installed: Pro plus one 45-minute setup screen-share where we guide you while you set up your board, connect the Crew and turn on your first 3 routines.

Apart from Installed, we don’t log in to your accounts, set things up for you, run your bots or manage your business.

The tiers

Routine recipes come only in Pro and in Installed. The Crew is free for everyone and isn’t part of any paid Plan.

Price and payment

Starter and Pro are subscriptions billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Your Plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Installed is a $497 one-time setup fee plus Pro at $19 a month, both charged today; Pro then renews monthly from your purchase date. The Crew costs nothing. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your first charge must go through before we deliver.

Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the manage-or-cancel link in your order email or by writing sales@eagleonemktg.com. Your Plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. We don’t charge you again after you cancel.

What you get and how it’s delivered

If your links don’t arrive or don’t work, write sales@eagleonemktg.com from the email you used at checkout and we’ll resend them.

What you’re not buying

Third-party products

HelloYes Office works with products we don’t own or control, including Grok Bot, SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, Cursor, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Outlook and Grok Bot email. Each one is separate, with its own terms, privacy policy, plans and costs, and you pay for and manage them yourself.

License

While your Plan is active, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plan in your own business. You may duplicate and edit the templates for your own business, and rename the bots and change their instructions. You may not resell, share, republish, give away or redistribute the templates, links or pages. You may not present the Plan as your own product, or use it to build a competing template product. Use for a team or for clients: you may use the Plan across your own business, including with your own staff. If you’re an agency, you may set the Plan up for a client, as long as each client has its own Plan. If you cancel, you may keep using copies you already duplicated. The Eagle One name, logo and marks stay ours.

Installed (setup session)

What the session includes. Installed includes Pro, delivered by link right after payment, plus one live screen-share of up to 45 minutes. In the session, we guide you step by step while you set up your Notion board, connect the Crew in your Grok Bot and turn on your first 3 routines.

We guide, you drive. You stay in control of your own screen and accounts during the session, and you do the clicking and signing in. We don’t take control of your computer or your accounts.

Setup, not ongoing management. The setup session ends when the call ends. Your Pro plan continues until you cancel. We don’t run, monitor or manage your board, bots or routines.

Scheduling. After payment, you book a time through the scheduling link on your thank-you page and in your email. You must book within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day window covers booking only: once you’ve booked, your session can take place after day 14, including after a reschedule.

Limited to 4 per calendar month. We take up to 4 Installed sessions each calendar month.

Your own accounts. You need your own Grok Bot plan (SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus or a paid Cursor plan), your own Notion account and access to any apps you want connected. We don’t provide these.

Your passwords stay yours. You sign in to your own accounts. We never ask for your passwords, and we don’t store or keep them.

No guarantee of results. Installed sets up the tools. It doesn’t promise any income, revenue, leads, sales, time saved or other business result.

Reschedule. You get one reschedule in total. You can use it by giving us at least 24 hours’ notice (write sales@eagleonemktg.com), or, if you miss your session, we’ll offer you one new time.

Missed sessions. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice counts as a missed session. If you miss a session after your one reschedule has been used, the session is forfeited and can’t be refunded.

If you don’t book. If you haven’t booked a session within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund the $497 setup fee automatically. Your Pro plan stays active, and you can cancel it any time.

If we can’t offer a time. If our availability or the 4-per-month limit means we can’t offer you a session time within 14 days of purchase, we’ll refund the $497 setup fee. Your Pro plan stays active, and you can cancel it any time.

The free Crew

The Crew is free and comes from public Grok Bot template links. You can add it to your own Grok Bot and change it however you like. You may share the Crew, including its public link, but you may not sell it or present it as your own product. Like the rest of HelloYes Office, it comes with no guarantee of results.

The house rule and your responsibility

Every bot in the Crew comes with the same standing order: nothing is sent, spent, hired, published or deleted until its owner gives an exact yes that names the item. Routines arrive paused. Once the Plan is in your accounts, you’re in charge of it. You’re responsible for what your bots do and for everything you approve, including messages, posts, spending and anything sent in your name.

No guarantee of results

Results vary. We don’t promise any business result, including income, revenue, leads, sales or time saved. Any examples in the Plan use fictional sample data and don’t describe real customers or real results.

Refunds

Starter and Pro. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Write sales@eagleonemktg.com. After 30 days, you can cancel any time, but payments already made aren’t refunded, and your Plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If we charge you by mistake, we’ll refund that charge.

Installed. The $497 setup fee is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, or before you’ve booked. Once the session has been delivered, or if you miss a session after your one reschedule has been used, the setup fee can’t be refunded. Your Pro plan follows the Starter and Pro rules above, from your first payment.

DRAFT FOR COUNSEL: The Plan is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability [Legal TBC]

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from the Plan or from what you or your bots do with it. Our total liability for any claim about the Plan or Installed is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

Checkout and delivery use your name and email address as described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe processes your payment under its own terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms on this page. The version dated above applies to your purchase. Governing law: Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
